4by3 is setup by Shireen Choo in 2004 who began her production training in Singapore Broadcasting Corporation in 1990. Through the years, she has worked in many major projects from General Elections, to storytelling in realistic docudramas and corporate videos for government agencies and MNCs. Having years of production experience Shireen understands the need for delivering crisp and bite-sized messages for audiences.

Since our inception, 4by3 works with various clients and creative agencies to deliver video productions & webcasts that shout out the key messages.
